Yesterday was a great day. Today will be even better.聽

I worked out at my new gym, SF Fitness, and I loved it. People stared at me, and trainers commented my workout and outfit, nothing annoying or distracting. I love all of the cardio equipment, and I’m ready to get Strong… Strong like Bull 馃悆

Change your mind … 聽Change your body

I wasn’t able to finish my workout yesterday, not for a lack of effort, it was a lack of time. A lot of exercise research states you should loose your cardiovascular training capacity after 2 weeks of not exercising. Yesterday I was ready to feel like shit, and push myself to my limits, instead I felt stronger then ever, and ready for more complexed and challanging exercises. I plan on joining that gym today. This morining I woke up feeling athletic, my abdominals are sore, my arms are sore, and my legs are pissed off at me. Just the way I like it.聽

I decided against Natural Body Building. It sounded like a great idea, but its just not for me. I will always strive to be as toned as possible, but I don’t want to have a hard body. I enjoy my pockets of fat, they make me look and feel like a woman. I will always strive to have a 6 pack, that’s my dream and i’m going to reach it one day.聽

Ever since my trip my body has been excalty where I want it to be. My legs look strong, I have not stomach, and my arms are toned. I already knew that nutrition was half the battle, and it wasn’t until I started really paying attention to what I was eatting that I got to see some real resutls.聽

I’m a聽pescetarian, which means I only eat seafood as protien, avoiding meat, I still partake in eggs, cheese, milk, and yougrt. The last 2 months I’ve fallen 聽in love with vegetables. I never thought it would happen to me, but I’m offically a veggie head. A lot of my meals consit only of lightly stir-fryed vegetables with a little low sodium soysauce and nothing else. Vegetables give me energy, they taste great, and I don’t feel guilty if I overeat a little. This weekend we found some great resturants. Check out the food:聽

Moving, Fan Fest, and Exercising

What a weekend.聽

The move went great. My body is aching, but I am finally in my new house. It’s beautiful, peacful, and it feels tropical. I’m still getting used to having so much space, but that’s a great thing to get used to.聽
On Saturday I went to 49ers Fan Fest, it was just what I needed to get ready for the season. There is nothing like seeing those big football players up close, hitting each other, and getting hyped. I feed off of their energy, and the next thing you know I’m chest bumping, screaming, and losing my mind on the sideline. There is nothing like football season. I can’t wait.聽

Hello 聽Gentlemen
I’ve decided to join to gym. I have a lot more space in my new home, but I don’t want to make any of the rooms into a workout room, which means its finally time to join a gym. I got a 3 day VIP pass to Fitness SF in Corte Madara. The gym is small, clean, and unpretentious, which is excalty what i’m looking for. The plan is to hit up the gym for a few hours today. It will be my first workout since I went on vacation. I’m looking forward to utilizing the cardio equpiment, TRX, and getting into some serious pull ups. I’m ready for a new challenge, ready to make the next step in transforming my body.

Thats pretty much all thats going on with me today. After the gym I’m going to Ikea to spend more money, and get things for the house. Everything is going pretty smoothly, no complains over here.聽

Just one more day

Hello Friends!!
Today is the big day!!
It鈥檚 moving day. Yesterday I did a few drop offs in my car to make it easier on the movers. The movers are coming at 11am and 1-800-JUNK is coming around 4pm. Everything is pretty much packed up and ready to go. The only things left are my kitchen, and a few random things. It鈥檚 almost over.
Still haven鈥檛 been able to workout like I want to this week. Moving is no joke, and my new house has a ton of stairs. I got a serious workout yesterday running up and down, up and down, up and down. I鈥檓 not complaining at all, but I鈥檓 still craving some burpees, squats, planks, and lunges. Who would have thought that I would crave exercising, but I am. Soon…soon…soon everything will be back to normal.聽
I鈥檝e been eating a lot better, enjoying salads for lunch, and avoiding fried foods. I鈥檓 happier, and I have a lot more energy. My body enjoys crispy lettuces, raw vegetables and no salad dressing and I love my body.
I’ve always had a crush on this guy, maybe now I know why.聽

Moving moving and moving

Hello Friends
Yesterday was a good day. I moved most of the day and hung out with my Bestie. I think I鈥檓 back to reality. Caribana was amazing but now I鈥檓 back on my grid trying to be the best person I can be.

I鈥檝e been packing and moving my house, impressing others and myself. I do a lot of functional training, which is an advantage when you have to carry bags and boxes most of the day. I don鈥檛 like asking people to help me move because it鈥檚 such an hassle. But my bestie surprised me and helped me out a lot last night.
I haven鈥檛 been able to work out as much as I would like. Moving is a serious work out, but I鈥檓 still craving more. I can鈥檛 wait to kick my own butt, panting, sweating, and loving every second of it. Exercising is addictive. I might have a serious problem. JK

So that鈥檚 what going on with me today, just more moving. I put a few of my goals to the side for the next week. Moving is a full time job, I hate living out of boxes, so I know I will make sure to unpack as soon as possible.
I think it鈥檚 a good idea if I set up the TVs today. That way, at least I have something to watch when I get into this new house. Internet is coming Wednesday, and the cable is already on. I鈥檓 going to have to go to Starbucks for a couple of days to complete my blog, but I鈥檓 fine with that. I鈥檓 noticing the more I鈥檓 out in public the more I network with people.
