The older I get the more I forget things. I want to keep my brain as alert and strong possible; and I figure all of you do too. I put together a short & sweet list of different things you can do to strengthen your brain.

Exercise 

  • During exercise nerve cells release proteins known as neurotrophin factors
  • Neurotrophin factors trigger many other chemicals in the brain which promotes neural health and benefits cognitive functions
  • Exercise increases blood flow to your brain
  • Exercise improves development and survival of neurons
  • Exercise decreases the risk of cardiovascular diseases like strokes

Start slowly, gradually add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil into your daily diet
